Tyson Glover has created, organized, facilitated, produced materials and participated in numerous workshops and conferences devoted to diversity awareness, inclusion, leadership and social issues.

Intersect: Diversity & Leadership Conference
The Intersect Conference provides attendees with an unprecedented look at the disciplines of diversity, leadership, and the cross-sections of the two. Developed interactive workshop content, materials and facilitated workshop sessions.
Developed this workshop for students to be exposed to themes of Gentrification and a toolkit for how to be an advocate in their communities to keep neighborhoods together, and ways to support local businesses/community spaces.
Maryland Leadership Workshops (MLW) Collaborated on new material, taught classes and interactive workshops to high school students on topics including diversity, public speaking, group dynamics, leadership skills, and decision making.
‘THIS IS WATER’ Gallery Event
Created a gallery event to raise awareness and funds in solidarity with the Flint Michigan water crisis. Included themed student artwork, featured speaker, and a letter writing campaign.
Tapped into national media to present the problems and raise awareness to bring the issue home to act upon.
Our mission is to tell the story of the Flint Michigan water crisis through student work, using art to express activism and encouraging awareness.
